Every suite has a private balcony overlooking the Adriatic, where morning coffee turns into a front-row seat for sunrise views and evening gatherings become moments of quiet relaxation as fishing boats drift by.
While the building itself sits in a car-restricted zone, multiple public parking options are available nearby, making arrival and departure straightforward. Whether you’re here to unwind on the sand, explore Novalja’s vibrant evening scene, or simply relax with stunning sea views, reserving one of our four comfortable apartments ensures a memorable Adriatic-coast getaway.
Inside, each apartment unfolds with a cozy bedroom designed for two adults (and space for up to two children under twelve), a modern en suite bathroom, and a compact living area where guests can unwind or plan the day’s adventures. The kitchenette, though modest, is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, and essential cookware—ideal for preparing a simple breakfast before heading out to the beach or enjoying a light dinner on the balcony. High-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV ensure that families and friends stay connected, while air conditioning in both living and sleeping areas provides year-round comfort. Bed linens and bath towels are supplied, so all guests need to pack are their beach towels.
The building’s shared ground-floor entrance leads to a staircase that ascends to each level (no elevator), giving every suite its own private entrance while still fostering a sense of community among guests. Free private parking is available on site for those arriving by car. As part of a quiet residential neighborhood, visitors are asked to observe evening quiet hours after 10 PM and refrain from hosting large gatherings or parties.
